Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel has announced that the President has nominated:
Major General Michael S. Tucker, United States Army, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Commanding General, First United States Army, Rock Island, Illinois. He is currently serving as Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, United States Army, Washington, DC.
