Major General William C. Mayville, Jr. to Commanding General, 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley, Fort Riley, Kansas. He most recently served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, International Security Assistance Force, OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, Afghanistan.
